We're a direct asset-based refrigerated carrier, which means you're working with the people who actually own the trucks, not a broker relaying instructions.
We hire experienced CDL-A drivers for team OTR and refrigerated freight routes running all 48 continental states, on a late-model, fully automatic fleet backed by in-house maintenance and nationwide breakdown support.
Starting pay is $0.70 CPM for experienced drivers, direct deposit every Friday with no escrow, paid layovers, and a $500 referral bonus for every driver you bring with you.
