At $0.75 per mile, a team driver running 3,000–3,500 paid miles in a full week could earn approximately $2,250–$2,625 before taxes. Drivers are paid as 1099 independent contractors, and Lightning Transport does not withhold payroll taxes. Actual earnings depend on miles driven, availability, scheduling, home time and operating conditions.
